When and where do our Team Building experiences take place?
Team Building has no season and can be done all year round. We work all across Italy in beautiful natural locations: from urban parks to regional parks, from beaches to marine protected areas. We choose the location according to the client’s needs.
How long does a Team Building activity last?
Our activities usually last one day, but we also organize multi-day experiences based on the client’s needs.
Who leads our Team Building experiences?
All Team Building activities are led by expert environmental guides, biologists and professional ecologists.
How many people can take part in our Team Building?
To ensure an effective and engaging experience, our team-building activities are designed for groups of at least 15 participants. Depending on the number of people, there are different Team Building experiences we can organize in nature. We have proposals for small groups, 15–20 people, medium-sized groups, around 50 people, and large groups, up to 100 people. In any case, we evaluate every option based on the size of the working group.
What happens in case of bad weather?
There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad equipment! Before each experience, WildSteps experts assess the weather conditions that allow the activities to take place between 72 and 24 hours before the event date/time. In the event of adverse weather conditions that do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, the client can choose from the backup plans agreed upon when signing the contract with the company. It is therefore not possible to cancel the activity and request a refund. The activity is not canceled in case of rain; it is canceled only in the event of an Orange or Red weather alert, and in that case the event must be postponed.
Are Team Building activities suitable for everyone?
Our activities are carried out in complete safety and are suitable for everyone, from beginners to more experienced people. We assess the feasibility of the activities based on the needs of the work group.
How much does it cost? Are there any tax benefits?
The cost of Team Building depends on the type of activity, the period and the size of the company involved. Get in touch with our team to receive all the information you need. In addition, since this is a Team Building experience with educational and training purposes, as well as a playful one, you may benefit from 100% deductibility.
