realize their own potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, and contribute to their community.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;\">So it should not be underestimated, because it is a fundamental part of an individual\u2019s overall well-being.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Our mental state is important at every stage of life, from the time we are newborns to when we become adults, and it influences the way we think, feel, and act every day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
