RSI Solutions – From Team Building to a Culture of Sustainability
Two years of outdoor experiences to transform the way of working together.
Many companies organize a team building once a year. RSI Solutions chose to do something different: to create a long-term path, turning the outdoor experience into a concrete tool for well-being, relationships, and corporate culture.
RSI was one of the first companies to believe in WildSteps. More importantly, it was the first team with which we developed a multi-year path based on sustainability, direct employee engagement, and positive impact on the territory.

Build more authentic relationships among team members, going beyond roles and hierarchies.

Turn sustainability into something concrete, experienced firsthand and not just talked about.
Where the magic happened:
Between the sea, trails, and Ligurian biodiversity.
The path was born from RSI Solutions’ desire to involve people in authentic and participatory experiences, capable of generating well-being while increasing environmental awareness.
Nature was not just a backdrop.
It became the place where the team could slow down, listen to each other, collaborate, and challenge themselves together.
The adventure in a nutshell.
Year 1 — The sea as a starting point
Through kayak clean-ups along the Ligurian coast and activities supporting seabed cleaning with local associations, the RSI team experienced sustainability in a concrete and participatory way.
Not just waste collection, but an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, dialogue, and shared awareness.
Year 2 — Biodiversity and citizen science
Accompanied by naturalists and experts, the team explored the territory monitoring flora and fauna through citizen science activities, contributing to data collection useful for research.
An immersive experience that combined well-being, discovery, and sustainability, turning nature into a space for personal and team growth.
A more united and collaborative team with greater trust and communication among members
