Up2You – Escape Wood & Alchemical Lab al Parco del Ticino
Abbiamo costruito con Up2You una giornata di team building outdoor al Parco del Ticino, tra orienteering nel bosco, caccia alla biodiversità con iNaturalist e un laboratorio creativo di colori naturali. Il team ha vissuto esperienze concrete che hanno rafforzato collaborazione, consapevolezza ambientale e i valori fondanti dell’azienda.
RSI Solutions- Dal team building alla cultura della sostenibilità
Abbiamo sviluppato con RSI Solutions un percorso di team building outdoor dedicato a sostenibilità, benessere e collaborazione. Tra clean up in kayak, supporto alla pulizia dei fondali e attività di citizen science sulla biodiversità, il team ha vissuto esperienze concrete capaci di rafforzare relazioni, consapevolezza ambientale e cultura aziendale nel tempo.
Nivola – E-Bike tour with wine tasting in Biella
We organized an outdoor team-building event for the Nivola team from Biella, featuring an e-bike activity to explore the area between Ricetto di Candelo (the historical part) and the Baragge Nature Reserve (the naturalistic part). The groups then took part in a scavenger hunt where the treasure was the local biodiversity itself, before concluding the tour with a tasting of local wines.
Money Surfers – Orienteering on Lake Como
With the MoneySurfers team, we organized a green orienteering activity along the picturesque Lake Como Greenway, combining local exploration with a corporate workshop. The event allowed MoneySurfers participants to immerse themselves in nature, develop orienteering skills, and explore economic and environmental awareness.
RINA – Genoa Beach Cleanup
With 35 people from the communications and marketing team, we organized a half-day scientific cleanup on Sturla beach in Genoa. Participants worked in groups to collect, sort, and catalog the waste. The importance of actions like this is to collect data on what we find on the beach so we can report it to the authorities.
CMA CGM – Doing science, walking
With 30 people on a half-day trek in Genoa, on the occasion of World Clean Up Day, we organized a trek to Parco delle Mura to explore the area near the company headquarters, monitor its biodiversity, and collect waste along the trail to preserve the environment.
Sorgenia – Biodiversity at play
We engaged the Greeners community, 300,000 Sorgenia customers and employees who care about sustainability. For them, we organized a communications campaign combined with a personalized digital challenge. Each month, we created ecological content that informed the public about Italy’s biodiversity and how to care for it.
Deloitte — Corporate retreat in Marina di Grosseto
We organized the corporate retreat for Deloitte’s Climate & Sustainability team and managed everything from logistics to the party, from accommodations to food and beverages, with a clear focus on sustainable outdoor team building activities. We organized three experiences for them that would have a positive impact on the area where the retreat took place, in Marina di Grosseto: one group went on a trek focused on biodiversity mapping in the WWF oasis, another learned the basics of surfing and how to enjoy the sea year-round, and another group conducted a scientific beach cleanup.
