24bottles – retreat in natura all’Oasi Dynamo
Per il team di 24Bottles abbiamo progettato un retreat immersivo a Oasi Dynamo, con pernottamento in glamping e attività tra natura, gioco e territorio. Tra costruzione di zattere, Nature Games e produzione di formaggio, i 32 partecipanti hanno vissuto due giorni di sfide, collaborazione e riconnessione con la natura.
A2A – Biodiversità, citizen science e team building ad Arenzano
Per il team Comunicazione di A2A abbiamo progettato un retreat di due giorni ad Arenzano dedicato alla biodiversità. Tra formazione personalizzata sul business, Bioblitz con iNaturalist, orienteering, clean up e Trash Art, 100 partecipanti hanno trasformato un tema ambientale in un’esperienza concreta di apprendimento, collaborazione e citizen science.
TWOW – Snorkeling Challenge e biodiversità a Bogliasco
Per il team di TWOW abbiamo organizzato, una giornata di snorkeling challenge presso Domus Mare, a Bogliasco. Tra sfide, quiz e tante immersioni, il team di TWOW composto da 55 partecipanti ha messo alla prova orientamento, strategia e collaborazione, vivendo un’esperienza di team building immersa nella natura.
Alten Group – Escape Wood al Lago Laceno
Per il team di Alten Group abbiamo organizzato, una mezza giornata di orienteering sul Sentiero dell’Agrifoglio, nei boschi del Lago Laceno. Tra mappe, punti di controllo e decisioni condivise, gli 11 partecipanti hanno messo alla prova orientamento, strategia e collaborazione, vivendo un’esperienza di team building immersa nella natura.
Up2You – Escape Wood & Alchemical Lab at Parco del Ticino
Together with Up2You, we designed an outdoor team-building experience at Ticino Park, featuring forest orienteering, a biodiversity scavenger hunt using iNaturalist, and a creative workshop with natural pigments. Through these hands-on activities, the team strengthened collaboration, deepened environmental awareness, and reinforced the company’s core values.
RSI Solutions – From Team Building to a Culture of Sustainability
Together with RSI Solutions, we developed an outdoor team-building program focused on sustainability, well-being, and collaboration. Through kayak clean-ups, support for underwater clean-up initiatives, and citizen science activities on biodiversity, the team took part in meaningful, hands-on experiences that strengthened relationships, environmental awareness, and company culture over time.
Nivola – E-Bike tour with wine tasting in Biella
We organized an outdoor team-building event for the Nivola team from Biella, featuring an e-bike activity to explore the area between Ricetto di Candelo (the historical part) and the Baragge Nature Reserve (the naturalistic part). The groups then took part in a scavenger hunt where the treasure was the local biodiversity itself, before concluding the tour with a tasting of local wines.
Money Surfers – Orienteering on Lake Como
With the MoneySurfers team, we organized a green orienteering activity along the picturesque Lake Como Greenway, combining local exploration with a corporate workshop. The event allowed MoneySurfers participants to immerse themselves in nature, develop orienteering skills, and explore economic and environmental awareness.
RINA – Genoa Beach Cleanup
With 35 people from the communications and marketing team, we organized a half-day scientific cleanup on Sturla beach in Genoa. Participants worked in groups to collect, sort, and catalog the waste. The importance of actions like this is to collect data on what we find on the beach so we can report it to the authorities.
CMA CGM – Doing science, walking
With 30 people on a half-day trek in Genoa, on the occasion of World Clean Up Day, we organized a trek to Parco delle Mura to explore the area near the company headquarters, monitor its biodiversity, and collect waste along the trail to preserve the environment.
