Along a breathtaking route in direct contact with the sea, participants face physical and mental challenges, learning to rely on one another to overcome natural obstacles and discover hidden corners of coastal biodiversity. It is an experience that energises the body, strengthens the mind, and brings the team together.
Here’s what awaits us:
- Initial briefing: equipment, safety, and an introduction to the intertidal zone and its biodiversity.
- Coastal trekking and climbing: a route across rocks and cliffs, using coasteering techniques to overcome natural obstacles.
- Swimming and diving: open-water crossings to explore caves, natural pools, and hidden marine habitats.
- Monitoring and awareness: observation and identification of benthic life forms along the route.
