When the Up2You team asked us to create an experience that went beyond simple fun, we designed a day combining movement, nature, and meaningful content — directly working on the values guiding their organization.

Strengthen collaboration by stepping out of usual routines and activating new connections among team members.

Raise concrete awareness on the environment and biodiversity, connecting it to the company’s impact values.

Where the magic happened:

Cascina Caremma, in the heart of Parco del Ticino, welcomed us with its slow pace and untouched nature. A setting far from screens and meetings, perfect to truly reconnect — among woods, biodiversity, and hands stained with natural colors.

The adventure in a nutshell.

Escape Wood Orienteering with a biodiversity hunt — divided into teams, participants explored the park completing collaborative challenges, observation tasks, and quizzes about local biodiversity. With the iNaturalist app in hand, they documented animal and plant species along the route, contributing to a real citizen science project.
Alchemical Lab — in the afternoon, teams became modern alchemists: extracting natural colors from fruits, vegetables, and spices, creating individual artworks, then combining them into a single collective piece. A workshop that literally made visible what happens when you truly collaborate.
