24bottles – nature retreat at Oasi Dynamo

For the 24Bottles team, we wanted to create something that went beyond traditional team building: an experience combining fun, competition, discovery and reconnection with nature.
The answer? An immersive retreat at Oasi Dynamo, with a glamping stay and a program designed to experience the local area from ever-changing perspectives.

Objectives
Here are the challenges we set ourselves:
Mission #1
Create a space away from everyday life where the team could spend time together, have fun and strengthen their relationships through play and collaboration.
Mission #2
Make nature more than just the backdrop to the retreat, turning it into an integral part of the experience and introducing the group to the principles of regenerative outdoor through concrete and engaging activities.
Where the magic happened
At Oasi Dynamo, in a setting completely immersed in nature.
Here, even the overnight stay became part of the experience: glamping allowed the team to remain connected with the surrounding environment between activities, slowing down the pace and creating more opportunities to spend time together.
The Adventure in a Nutshell
Here’s how we turned the retreat into a journey through play, nature and the local area:
- Raft Building: materials at hand, a shared mission and one fundamental question: will it actually float? A team challenge in which collaboration, creativity and organization became essential.
- Forest Pirates: a team-based Nature Game made up of challenges, riddles and competition, using play to observe nature from a different perspective and uncover some of its secrets.
- Life at the Oasi: spending time immersed in nature allowed the group to slow down and experience the moments between activities as an integral part of the retreat.
- From the Local Area to the Table: a visit to a local dairy to discover local production up close and literally get our hands dirty — or rather, our hands in the milk. Together, the team made its own cheese.
A local area experienced through nature, play and local traditions.
A team that had the opportunity to get to know one another outside the dynamics and spaces of everyday work.
A retreat where fun and learning came together without the need for a meeting room.
