When Deloitte asked us to organize a corporate retreat for their Climate & Sustainability team, we knew we had to raise the bar. And how do you raise the bar for 200 sustainability experts? By taking them into the wild, of course!

Where the magic happened:
Marina di Grosseto is an open-air laboratory for sustainability. The local natural environment played a key role, leading the team to reflect on the importance of aligning their actions with the well-being of the planet.
The adventure in a nutshell.
We designed an enriching outdoor experience, created to inspire reflection, action, and change:
- Ecological trekking: one group explored the WWF oasis, mapping biodiversity and discovering the importance of preserving natural habitats.
- Surf and resilience: another group learned to ride the sea waves, drawing parallels with the ability to adapt to business challenges.
- Scientific clean-up: the final group focused on collecting and cataloguing waste on the beach, a concrete action to protect marine ecosystems.
And let’s not forget the party! Because how can you put change into practice if you are not having fun?
